Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how GetRankd LLC ("Rankd," "we," "us," or "our") handles billing, refunds, and cancellations for paid subscriptions to the Rankd service (the "Service"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Plans

Rankd offers a free plan and one or more paid subscription plans. The features, price, and billing interval of each plan are shown at the point of purchase. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled.

2. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fee will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

3. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with Rankd. If you are a first-time subscriber to a paid plan, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial paid charge. After this window, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Please note:

• Refunds apply to the most recent charge only; previously billed periods are not refundable.
• Renewal charges are not automatically refundable — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods after the 14-day window, though you will retain access through the end of the period you paid for.
• Repeated refund requests or suspected abuse of this policy may be declined.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email jackworks.AI@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with your account details and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify your account.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take five to ten business days to appear on your statement.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period except as described in Section 3.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by posting the revised Refund Policy on this page and will apply to charges made after the change takes effect.
